By accessing this website and purchasing our products, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use WeMadee if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Handcrafted Product Policy

All of our items are 100% meticulously handcrafted to order.

• Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor variations in stitches, size, and color may occur. These are not considered defects, but rather unique characteristics of artisan craftsmanship.
• Production Time: Please allow 7 – 10 business days for your order to be carefully crafted and packed before shipment.

2. Shipping & Delivery Terms

We ship from our studio in Vietnam to global destinations including the US and EU.

• Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only:
  • United States: 7 – 14 business days
  • Europe: 7 – 21 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10 – 25 business days
• We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes, postal strikes, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
• Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred at the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

3. Order Cancellations & Modifications

Because each product is custom-made to order, cancellations or modifications are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. Once production has started after this 24-hour window, we cannot cancel or change your order.

4. Refund and Return Policy

• Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of handmade crochet, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at contact@wemadee.shop within 7 days of delivery with clear photographic evidence. We will gladly arrange a replacement or issue a full refund for the affected item.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, WeMadee and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on WeMadee. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You must not republish, sell, rent, or sub-license material or crochet product designs from WeMadee.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws governing international e-commerce and commercial regulations, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
