Order changes and product issues
Order cancellations or modifications are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After production begins, made-to-order items cannot be cancelled or changed.
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video. Approved cases receive a replacement at no extra charge or a refund for the affected item.
